Who we are

Meet the Founder

Cecilia Santa offers over eight years of professional experience, along with a lifelong passion for the science and art of movement. Her dance training began with Graham technique at thirteen years old, branching into Limón and Ailey, and inevitably falling in love with ballet during her collegiate career.

Cecilia is and always was a fearless athlete despite being injury prone due to her hypermobile disorder. That experience only drove her to specialize in refined technicality and continued education. She came upon Pilates in 2014 for rehabilitative purposes, inspiring her to become an instructor. Her Classical Comprehensive Pilates Program at Appalachian State University was ~1000hrs and was mentored under two master trainers who were Romana Kryzanowska’s students in New York City.

Santa has taught in New York City, North Carolina, Oregon, and California. She expanded beyond Pilates, achieving her Nutrition Coach and Personal Training studies, in order to better serve her athletes and dancers. She furthered her education by taking a 16 hr workshop with a Neuroscientist to deepen her knowledge on Neurological conditions, and expand her capabilities as a movement practitioner. Cecilia is compassionate and dedicated to her work with individuals of all minds and bodies, striving to make everyone who works with her feel strong, capable, and seen.
